– Cut from the rump
– Brilliant on the bbq or great to grill



The brilliant thing about our lamb rumps is that we cut them quite thick, so there is no danger over cooking them on the BBQ or on the grill.

Try adding some Middle Eastern flavours by rubbing with Ras El Hanout and serving on burnt aubergine with Yoghurt and chopped citrus herbs like lemon thyme or sorrel.

And then wrap them in some flatbreads.
