Minced Beef Our minced beef is made from grass-fed, pasture-raised British cattle reared on small farms. We use carefully selected cuts including chuck and flank, trimmed by our craft butchers to ensure the right balance of flavour and texture. Freshly minced, it carries the clean, proper taste that comes from quality farming and traditional preparation. Ideal for burgers, meatballs, ragùs and everyday cooking.
