Our rolled sirloin joint is a touch leaner than rib but when it comes to flavour this Christmas, this cut of beef still packs a delicious punch.
Just apply a good amount of seasoning, sear on the hob and then finish roasting in the oven at 160C for 1 hour (this is for medium-rare, add an extra 10 minutes for medium).
Then all you have to do is rest, finish your vegetables off and carve at the table.
3kg rolled sirloin of beef
300g smoked streaky bacon
8 handrolled Pigs in Blankets
500g sage and red onion stuffing
2 pots of fresh gravy
1 pack of small sausage rolls
(Use sausage rolls within 3 days once defrosted)
