Matured on the bone to create a deeper fuller flavour

If you are planning a smart dinner party but don’t want to be stuck behind the stove all night, our trimmed rack of lamb is the perfect solution. Coat the skin with some Dijon Mustard before pressing on a mix of herbs and breadcrumbs. Place into the oven and cook to your taste – we like medium. Carve into cutlets and serve with fresh seasonal vegetables. Easy peasy.
