Lamb Shoulder with Thyme, Rosemary and Lavender


Free Range Coastal Lamb
We use a Texel and suffolk Cross as well as Grey faced lambs
Matured on the bone to create a deeper fuller flavour
The shoulder is great for slow cooking then sharing as a center piece

We’ve taken all the hard work out of this shoulder of lamb, so that you don’t have to. Seasoned with woody and floral herbs such as thyme, rosemary and lavender, all that is needed is some time in a moderate oven. If you put the joint directly on the oven shelf rack and place some potatoes and parsnips in a tray underneath, the lamb will even baste them for you too.
