Straight out of a childhood memory, we put a lot of care and attention into this British classic. In our kitchens, we fry off the lamb mince and then gently poached in stock and vegetables until the sauce is rich and thick, before topping with whipped mash, made from Maris Pipers. Finish in the oven to crispen up and then add a good dash of Worcestershire sauce on serving. Perfect.
