In 1932 Ethel and George Hepburn created the recipe for our bacon and ham cure. The same recipe and method is used today three generations on and our clients base continues to grow.

We cure, smoke and slice this all ourselves and take enormous pride in our work and service. The opportunity my grandparents gave to us by their sheer hard work and dedication is not lost on my children today as we strive to better ourselves and spread the word that this bacon is truly superb.

We supply a number of the finest hotels in London with our beautiful British bacon, home cured ham and hand linked sausages: they are all really rather lovely.
