The mighty pork chop should be the cornerstone of every shopping basket in our humble opinion. Season simply and then fry in the pan on both sides to colour before placing in the oven to finish. Take the chop out, rest and then add wine, Cream, Mustard and capers back to the pan for a quick fire sauce to serve and pour over.
