Free Range Coastal Lamb
We use a Texel and suffolk Cross as well as Grey faced lambs
4 x120grm chops
Matured on the bone to create a deeper fuller flavour
approx. 480g total weight
Sourced and cut from coastal lamb, the wonderful thing about these chops is that they have this lovely inherent sweet, mineral flavour. As such, we’re tempted to suggest that you grill them straight up, with just a touch of sea salt to season. But do pair up with a nice glass of Pinot Noir!
