Dry-Aged Beef Burgers Our beef burgers are made from grass-fed, pasture-raised British cattle reared on small farms. Using dry-aged beef gives them a deeper, richer flavour than ordinary burgers, with excellent succulence and proper beef character. Simply seasoned and carefully prepared, they hold together well and cook beautifully on the grill or in a pan. A straightforward way to enjoy the quality of our dry-aged beef.
Made using dry aged chuck steak, our burgers have a depth of flavour that we believe is unrivalled. Accompaniments are important though. So a slice of mature cheddar, some streaky bacon and crisp lettuce sandwiched in that bun wouldn’t go amiss. Oh and a gherkin or two too…
